[Osaka] Casual Plan 20 minutes (no drinks or souvenirs)

Business hours: 10:00 - 18:00 (12:00 - 13:00 is marmot break time)

You can spend 20 minutes at Marmot Cafe "Marmot Village."

*Marmot Village requires advance reservations, so your reservation will be confirmed after payment is completed.
Please select the date and time before proceeding with payment.

*Please note that drinks and souvenirs included in the "60-minute Full Plan" are not included. Also, this plan does not include the snack feeding experience.

*The plan time includes guidance upon arrival and preparation for departure.

*You can purchase marmot goods only during the plan time.

*The health of the marmots is our top priority, so we do not currently allow direct interaction. The main focus is "watching and enjoying" the marmots as they freely roam.

*Children under 6 years old (0-5 years old) are not permitted to enter. Children under elementary school age (6 years old to 6th grade) must be accompanied by a guardian. We offer Family Days for children to enjoy.
From a safety management perspective, we may ask for proof of age for children upon entry. Thank you for your understanding.

*Please refrain from visiting after consuming alcohol. We appreciate your understanding for the safety of the marmots and consideration for other customers.

*Please refrain from using perfume or strongly scented hair products.
Marmots are sensitive to scents, so we ask that you visit without wearing any fragrance if possible.

*At Marmot Village, all customers are requested to change into Crocs upon entry.For hygiene reasons, "barefoot entry" is not permitted.
If you do not have socks, they are available for purchase at 200 yen(tax included) per pair. Please speak to a staff member before using the Crocs.

The "Casual Plan (20 minutes)" is limited to 2 people per slot. Additional people cannot be added.
Both the "Full Plan" and "Casual Plan" start at 00 minutes past the hour, so entry times are simultaneous. We cannot change the date/time or issue refunds for reservations within 72 hours of the reserved time. Thank you for your understanding. Even if you arrive late for your reservation, we cannot extend your time. Also, if you are significantly late, you may not be allowed to enter, so please arrive with plenty of time.
