Cancellation Policy
Marmot Village operates on a reservation-only basis with advance online payment.
Cancellations are eligible for a full refund only if we are notified at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled reservation time.
Cancellations made after this period, as well as no-shows without notice, are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your booking using the “Reschedule” button in your reservation confirmation email.
Please note that rescheduling is not available within 72 hours of your reservation time.
Late Arrival & Early Departure
No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or early departures due to personal reasons.
Please ensure you arrive with sufficient time before your reservation.
Guests who arrive late will still be admitted; however, we are unable to extend the session time.
Cancellation by Our Facility
In the event that we determine it is difficult to operate due to unavoidable circumstances—such as animal health conditions, severe weather, or natural disasters—we will offer either a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Refund Method
Refunds will be processed automatically upon cancellation.
All refunds will be issued via the same online payment method used at the time of booking.
Please note that depending on the payment provider, it may take approximately 3–10 business days for the refund to be completed.
