At Marmot Cafe "Marmot Village," you can spend 60 minutes with one drink and a souvenir.

*Marmot Village requires advance reservations, so your reservation will be confirmed after payment is completed.
Please select your date and time before proceeding with payment.

*The plan time includes guidance upon your arrival and preparation for your departure.

*You can purchase marmot merchandise only during your plan time.

*As the marmots' health is our top priority, we currently do not allow direct interaction. The main focus is "watching and enjoying" the marmots as they freely spend their time.

*Children under 6 years old (0-5 years old) are not permitted to enter. Children under elementary school age (6 years old to 6th grade elementary school) must be accompanied by a guardian. We have a Family Day available for children to enjoy. From a safety management perspective, we may ask to confirm your child's age upon entry. Thank you for your understanding.

*Please refrain from visiting after consuming alcohol. We appreciate your understanding for the safety of the marmots and consideration for other customers.

*Please refrain from using perfumes or hair products with strong scents.
Marmots are sensitive to scents, so we appreciate your visit with as little fragrance as possible.

*At Marmot Village, we ask all customers to change into Crocs upon entering.For hygiene reasons, "entering barefoot" is not permitted.
Socks are available for purchase for customers who do not have them, at 200 yen(tax included)per pair.Please speak to a staff member before using the Crocs.

As we operate strictly by appointment for 1-hour slots, we cannot change the date/time or issue refunds for appointments within 72 hours of the reserved time. Thank you for your understanding. We also cannot extend your time if you arrive late for your reservation. Furthermore, if you are significantly late, you may not be able to enter, so please allow ample time.
