Before you order
- Flat rates apply to supported destinations available at checkout. Free-shipping offers for Japan do not apply to international orders.
- We normally ship by EMS and plan for packages measuring no more than 100 cm in combined length, width and height. There is no weight-based checkout restriction.
- For unusually heavy, large or bulk orders, or destinations affected by service suspensions, we will email you before dispatch to discuss any extra shipping cost or alternative service. We will not charge extra without your agreement. If you do not agree or we cannot ship your order, we will arrange cancellation and a refund.
- Import duties, taxes and customs handling fees are not included in product prices or shipping and are the customer's responsibility. US orders require a pre-dispatch duty review and prepayment arrangements: we will email the amount and payment instructions after ordering, and dispatch after your agreement and completion of the required arrangements. We will also contact you if another destination requires prepayment.
- See each product page for dispatch timing. Pre-orders ship after stock arrives; international transit and customs clearance take additional time. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.
- Items with separate shipping conditions, including mailed tickets and novelty licence cards, may be available only within Japan. Contact us if no shipping rate appears for your destination.
- Enter a working email address and an accurate recipient name, address and phone number that your local delivery service can use.
