[Osaka] Family Day Exclusive: 60-Minute Enjoyment Plan (Includes 1 Drink & Souvenir)

This is the reservation page for "Marmot Village Osaka."

Normally, children under 6 years old are not allowed to enter Marmot Village, but on Family Day, children under 6 years old are welcome. Please come and enjoy with your family.

*Up to one child under 6 years old is allowed, and children under 3 years old can enter for free.
*If you are visiting with two or more children under 6 years old, please pay 1,000 yen per child on the day of your visit.
*Children of elementary school age or younger must be accompanied by a guardian.
*For safety management purposes, we may ask to confirm your child's age upon entry. We appreciate your understanding.

You can spend 60 minutes at Marmot Cafe "Marmot Village" with one drink and a souvenir.

*Marmot Village operates on a reservation-only basis, so your reservation will be confirmed upon completion of payment. Cancellations will receive a full refund only if notified 72 hours before the reservation date and time.
For cancellations after that time or no-shows, no refunds will be given. Thank you for your understanding.

*The plan time includes guidance upon your arrival and preparation for your departure.

*You can purchase marmot merchandise only during the plan's time.

*The marmots' health is our top priority, so we currently do not allow direct interaction. The main focus is to "watch and enjoy" the marmots as they freely go about their day. Please refrain from approaching or attempting to touch them forcefully.

*Please refrain from visiting if you have consumed alcohol. We appreciate your understanding for the safety of the marmots and consideration for other guests.

*Please refrain from using perfume or strongly scented hair products.
Marmots are sensitive to scents, so we ask that you visit with as little scent as possible.

*At Marmot Village, we ask all guests to change into Crocs upon entering.For hygiene reasons, "barefoot entry" is not permitted.If you do not have socks, we sell them for 200 yen(tax included)per pair, so please speak to a staff member before using the Crocs.We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.

As we operate on a strict 1-hour reservation system, we cannot change the date/time or issue refunds for reservations within 72 hours of the reserved date and time. We appreciate your understanding. Even if you arrive late for your reservation, we cannot extend the time. Also, if you are significantly late, you may not be able to enter, so please arrive with plenty of time.
