This online gift allows 60 minutes at Marmot Cafe "Marmot Village" with one drink and a souvenir.

Marmot Village operates by reservation only.
After purchasing this plan, please inform us of your [purchaser's name, preferred store, and number of guests] via inquiry email.

Once we confirm your details, we will send you a dedicated link to book your preferred date and time.

＊The plan duration includes time for guidance upon arrival and preparation for departure.

＊Marmot goods can only be purchased within the plan's time frame.

＊The marmots' well-being is our top priority, so direct interaction is not currently offered. The main experience is "observing and enjoying" the marmots as they roam freely. Please refrain from approaching them forcefully or trying to touch them.

＊Children under 6 years old (ages 0-5) are not permitted to enter.
We also offer a "Family Day" plan that accommodates children under 6.

Children aged elementary school or younger (6 years old up to 6th grade) must be accompanied by a guardian.
For safety management purposes, we may ask to verify your child's age upon entry. We appreciate your understanding.

＊At Marmot Village, we ask all customers to change into Crocs upon entering.At that time, for hygiene reasons, "barefoot entry" is not permitted.
