This is the reservation page for "Marmot Village Osaka".

You can spend 60 minutes at the Marmot Cafe "Marmot Village" with one drink and a souvenir included.*This plan will only be displayed around 10:00 AM the day before if there is availability for the following day. It will become hidden once all slots are filled.

Marmot Village is by reservation only, so your reservation will be confirmed after payment is completed.
Please select your date and then proceed with payment.

*The plan duration includes time for guidance upon arrival and preparation for departure.

*Marmot goods can only be purchased within the plan duration.

*The marmots' health is our top priority, so at present, there is no direct interaction. The main focus is "watching and enjoying" the marmots as they roam freely. Please refrain from approaching them forcefully or attempting to touch them.

*Children under 6 years old (0-5 years old) are not permitted to enter.
We also offer a "Family Day" plan that children under 6 years old can use.

Children of elementary school age or younger (6 years old to 6th grade) must be accompanied by a guardian.
For safety management purposes, we may ask to confirm your child's age upon entry. Please be aware of this in advance.

*Please refrain from visiting after consuming alcohol. We appreciate your understanding for the safety of the marmots and the consideration of other customers.

*Please refrain from using perfume or strongly scented hair products.
Marmots are sensitive to scents, so we ask that you visit with as little scent as possible.

*At Marmot Village, we ask all customers to change into Crocs upon entering.At that time, for hygiene reasons, "entering barefoot" is not permitted.
For customers who do not have socks, we sell them for 200 yen(tax included) per pair, so please speak to a staff member before using the Crocs.We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. *Stockings and thin tights also require the purchase of socks.

As we operate on a strict 1-hour reservation system, we cannot change the date/time or issue refunds within 72 hours of your reservation date/time. Please be aware of this in advance. We also cannot extend your time if you arrive late for your reservation. Furthermore, if you are significantly late, you may not be able to enter, so please arrive with plenty of time.
