You can spend 60 minutes at Marmot Cafe "Marmot Village" with one drink and a souvenir. *This plan will only be displayed if there are openings on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Once all slots are filled, it will no longer be displayed.

Marmot Village operates by reservation only, so your reservation will be confirmed upon completion of payment.
Please select a date and time, then proceed with payment.

*The plan time includes guidance upon arrival and preparation for departure.

*You can purchase marmot merchandise only during the plan time.

*The marmots' health is our top priority, so at this time, direct interaction is not offered. The main focus is "enjoying watching" the marmots as they freely go about their day. Please refrain from approaching them forcefully or attempting to touch them.

*Children under 6 years old (0-5 years old) are not permitted to enter.
Children under elementary school age (6 years old to 6th grade) must be accompanied by a guardian.
For safety management purposes, we may confirm your child's age upon entry. Thank you for your understanding.

*Please refrain from visiting if you have consumed alcohol. We appreciate your understanding for the safety of the marmots and consideration for other customers.

*Please refrain from using perfume or strongly scented hair products.
Marmots are sensitive to scents, so we kindly ask you to visit without wearing any fragrance if possible.

*At Marmot Village, all customers are required to change into Crocs upon entry.At that time, for hygiene management purposes, "barefoot entry" is not permitted.
If you do not have socks, we sell them for 200 yen(tax included)per pair, so please speak to a staff member before using the Crocs.We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. *If you are wearing stockings or thin tights, you will still need to purchase socks.

As we operate on a strictly reservation-only system for one-hour slots, we are unable to change the date/time or issue refunds for reservations within 72 hours of the reserved time. We appreciate your understanding. Even if you arrive late for your reserved time, we cannot extend your session. Furthermore, if you are significantly late, you may not be allowed to enter, so please arrive with ample time.
