The 60 minutes include time for your orientation upon arrival and preparation for departure. The drink ticket can be used at "MaMo Café" on the 1st floor after your visit to Marmot Village.

BEFORE YOUR VISIT

Booking & Visit Guide

Please open each item to check before making your booking.

Booking Confirmation, Changes, and Cancellations

Advance booking is required. Please be sure to select a date and time and complete the payment. Your booking is confirmed only after payment is complete.

Because bookings are for specific 1-hour slots, we cannot accept changes or refunds within 72 hours of the reserved time. We also cannot extend time if you arrive late.

Admission for Children

Children under 6 (0–5 years old) are not permitted to enter. Children from 6 years old to 6th grade in elementary school must be accompanied by a guardian at all times.

For safety management, we may verify your child's age upon entry.

Socks and Footwear

We require all guests to change into Crocs. For hygiene reasons, entry barefoot is not permitted. Please bring socks.

If you do not have socks, we sell them for 200 yen (tax incl.) per pair. This also applies to stockings or thin tights. Please ask our staff before changing your footwear.

How to Spend Time with Marmots
  • To avoid putting stress on the marmots, no petting is permitted. Please enjoy watching them as they spend their time freely.
  • Snack feeding (200 yen) is decided hourly based on the marmots' physical condition.
  • Please refrain from visiting if you have been consuming alcohol.
  • Please refrain from using perfume or strongly scented hair products. Marmots are sensitive to scents, so we ask that you come unscented as much as possible.
  • The planned time includes orientation upon arrival and preparation for departure.
  • Please purchase marmot merchandise within your allotted plan time.
When can I use the drink ticket?

The ticket can be used at the 1F "MaMo Café" only after you have spent time at Marmot Village. It cannot be used before your visit.

If you have difficulty using it due to time constraints, please let our staff know on the day.

In Kichijoji, we provide a one-drink ticket usable at the 1F MaMo Café. Please tell staff if you have trouble using it.
Payment Methods for Booking

Payment for bookings is via online payment only. You can use Credit Card / Shop Pay / PayPal / Google Pay. Other payment methods are not accepted.
