[Tokyo] Casual Visit Plan – 20 Minutes (No drink, no souvenir)

This is the reservation page for “Marmot Village Tokyo.”

At the marmot café Marmot Village, you can spend 20 minutes enjoying the marmots.

• Marmot Village operates by advance reservation only.
  Your reservation will be confirmed once payment has been completed.
  Please select your preferred date and time, then proceed with payment.

• Please note that this plan does not include the drink or souvenir that are included in the “60-Minute Full Experience Plan.”
  In addition, the snack-feeding experience is not available during this plan.

• The plan duration includes the time for entry instructions and preparing to leave.

• Marmot Village original merchandise can be purchased only during your reserved time slot.

• For the health and safety of the marmots, direct interaction is not available.
  The main experience is watching and enjoying the marmots as they move freely in their space.

Admission Policy

• Children under 6 years old (ages 0–5) are not permitted to enter.
  Children of elementary school age (6 years old through 6th grade) must be accompanied by a guardian.

• For safety reasons, we may ask to confirm a child’s age upon entry. Thank you for your understanding.

Important Requests

• Guests who have consumed alcohol prior to visiting will not be permitted to enter.
  This is to ensure the safety of the marmots and consideration for other guests.

• Please avoid wearing perfume or strongly scented hair products.
  Marmots are sensitive to smells, so we kindly ask that guests visit with minimal fragrance.

• At Marmot Village, all guests are required to change into Crocs before entering the facility.
  For hygiene reasons, barefoot entry is not permitted.

  If you do not have socks, they are available for purchase for ¥200 (tax included).
  Please ask our staff before using the Crocs.
  (Stockings and thin tights are also available for purchase.)

Reservation Notes

• The Drop-In Plan (20 minutes) is limited to 2 guests per time slot.
  Additional guests cannot be added.

• Both the 60-Minute Full Experience Plan and the 20-Minute Drop-In Plan start at the top of each hour (:00).

• Changes or refunds cannot be made within 72 hours of the reservation time.

Payment for reservations must be completed online at the time of booking.
