The 60-minute duration includes entry guidance and preparation time. Your drink ticket can be used at "MaMo Cafe" on the 1st floor after your time at Marmot Village.

BEFORE YOUR VISIT

Booking & Visitor Guide

Please open each section to review before booking.

Confirmations, changes, and cancellations

Pre-booking is required. You must select a date/time and complete payment. Your booking is confirmed only after payment is completed.

Since this is a strict 1-hour reservation system, changes or refunds are not possible within 72 hours of your booking. Extensions are not available for late arrivals.

Admission for children

Children under 6 (ages 0-5) cannot enter. Children ages 6 through elementary school 6th grade must be accompanied by a guardian.

For safety management, we may check the child's age upon entry.

Socks and footwear

All guests are required to change into Crocs provided. For hygiene reasons, entry barefoot is not permitted. Please bring socks.

If you do not have socks, they are available for purchase for 200 yen (incl. tax) per pair. Purchase is required even for stockings or thin tights. Please speak to staff before changing.

Spending time with the marmots
  • Out of consideration for the marmots, interaction is not permitted. Please enjoy watching them live freely.
  • Feeding sessions (200 yen) are determined hourly based on the marmots' physical condition.
  • Please refrain from visiting if you have been drinking alcohol.
  • Please refrain from using perfume or strongly scented hair products. They are sensitive to scents, so we ask that you visit fragrance-free whenever possible.
  • The plan duration includes entry guidance and preparation time.
  • Please purchase any marmot merchandise during your plan time.
When can I use my drink ticket?

It can be used only after your time at Marmot Village, at the 1F "MaMo Cafe." It cannot be used before your visit.

If you are unable to use it due to your schedule, please inform our staff on the day of your visit.

In Kichijoji, you will receive a drink ticket for use at the 1F MaMo Cafe. Please ask staff on the day if you cannot use it.
Payment methods for booking

Payment for bookings is online only. We accept Credit Card / Shop Pay / PayPal / Google Pay. Other payment methods are not available.
