A 60-minute Marmot Village visit to look forward to. You buy the ticket; the recipient chooses an available date later.
Printed ticket
¥3,300 per person, tax included, plus shipping
A printed QR-code ticket in a gift envelope, with one randomly selected original sticker. Usually delivered in about 2 weeks to your address or the recipient’s address within Japan.
Japan shipping: ¥600; free on purchases of ¥5,000 or more. Two printed tickets cost ¥6,600 and qualify for free shipping.
How it works.
- Choose email or printed delivery and buy one ticket per visitor. You do not reserve a visit date at purchase.
- Give the ticket to your recipient. Allow enough delivery time for birthdays or other occasions.
- The recipient scans the QR code and follows the instructions to book an available 60-minute visit.
Tickets are valid for 6 months after delivery. Check the expiry printed on the ticket; expired tickets cannot be used. Reservations are required and are subject to available slots.
We recommend Kichijoji.
At MaMo Terrace, a 60-minute visit includes a café drink voucher to use after the marmot visit and a souvenir. Enjoy the café, art and gift shop in the same building. Food, desserts and purchases are extra.
Tickets can also be used for the 60-minute visits in Tokyo · Nakano or Osaka, subject to their opening dates and conditions.
Before buying.
Regular visits are for ages 6 and up. Children from age 6 through the final year of primary school (Grade 6 in Japan) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Book a place for every adult and child attending. We may check children’s ages on arrival.
If the gift is for a group including children under 6, contact the facility before buying to confirm Family Day dates and whether the gift ticket can be used.
The experience is for observing the marmots; petting and holding are not offered. The 60 minutes include admission guidance and preparation to leave. The animals and activities you see depend on the location and their condition.
