We are looking for someone to help create the future of Marmot Village with us.
Marmot Village is not an animal cafe.
It is a sanctuary that conveys "healing," "the preciousness of life," and "coexistence" through marmots.
We will continue to take on new challenges while operating in two locations, Tokyo and Osaka.
We are looking for a PR and planning staff member who will design that future with us.
■ About this job
This position is not about being a "poster" on social media.
It's about planning annual events, designing campaigns, connecting Tokyo and Osaka, and making improvements based on data.
It's a role that stands between management and the field, moving the whole forward.
■ Main Job Responsibilities
・Creation of annual promotional calendars
・Monthly campaign planning
・Planning and building a stock of SNS post ideas
・LINE distribution design
・Checking sales and reservation status and proposing improvements
・Regular meetings with Tokyo/Osaka stores
・Responding to inquiries (email/LINE)
※Photography and daily posting are handled by on-site staff.

・SNS operation experience (personal accounts acceptable)
・Basic PC skills
・Able to work full-time

■ Employment Conditions
Employment type: Full-time employee (with probation period)
Location: 4-46-10 Nogata, Nakano-ku, Tokyo
Work style: 5 days a week (shift system)
Salary: 220,000 to 280,000 yen (depending on experience and ability) + incentives
※Various allowances available / Transportation expenses reimbursed (up to a certain limit)
