Marmot Village x Design Festa Vol.63: Call for Creators
Marmot Village will be exhibiting at Design Festa Vol. 63, which will be held at Tokyo Big Sight on Saturday, May 23 and Sunday, May 24, 2026.
Once again, we plan to have a large-scale exhibition with multiple L-booth sections, creating a special space that integrates the Marmot Village worldview with the works of creators.
For this project, we are looking for new creators to participate in addition to our authorized creators. Applications are welcome even from those who have not been selected as authorized creators.
Furthermore, this event is more than just an exhibition; works with high sales and positive responses may have the opportunity to be commercialized, sold in stores, and developed into permanent displays in the future.

📌 Application Overview
Starting this time, participation will, in principle, be on a consignment basis.
(You may optionally remain near the booth.)
■ Consignment Participation (By Screening / 10-12 people)
・Participation Fee: 15,000 yen (tax included)
・Sales Commission: 40% (Includes consumption tax / fixture rental fee)
From this time, we have reviewed on-site participation and consolidated it into consignment participation only.
* Marmot Village staff will handle sales and customer service.
* Includes cashless payment fees.
* Includes fixture usage fees, advertising costs, and on-site staff labor costs.
* There is a compensation system if sales fall below the participation fee (details will be provided separately).
This project is not just an event exhibition,
but a project that will lead to future exhibitions, commercialization, store, and e-commerce development.

🛡 Deficit Guarantee System
If the total sales for the two days fall below the participation fee, the difference will be refunded.
This allows you to participate with practically reduced risk,
making it easy for even first-time event exhibitors to take part.
■ Eligibility Conditions
・Submit a product list (inventory and prices) by the deadline
・Adhere to the exhibition and sales guidelines
・Cooperate with promotions on social media (at least once during the period)
* Consignment fee (40%) will be incurred as usual
* Detailed conditions will be provided after selection

📐 Guidelines (Exhibition Regulations)
Work Regulations
・Only original works related to marmots (no copyright infringement allowed)
・No food, beverages, or dangerous goods
・Tax-included prices must be clearly stated (minimum price of 500 yen recommended)
Exhibition Regulations
・Fixtures will be provided by the organizer (cloth and small items can be brought in)
・No direct sticking to tables or walls (only masking tape allowed)
・No open flames, strong odors, or loud performances
* This project is based on a consignment sales format, and on-site sales will be handled by Marmot Village staff.
