Marmot Village x Design Festa Exhibitor Recruitment
Marmot Village will be exhibiting at Design Festa Vol.62, held at Tokyo Big Sight on Saturday, November 15th and Sunday, November 16th, 2025!
We will have a large-scale exhibit spanning two L-booth spaces in front of the main stage, where we will collectively showcase the world of Marmot Village and the works of our creators.
This time, we warmly welcome not only applicants for official creators, but also new participants from outside.

📌 Application Overview
In principle, participation is for both days.
On-site Exhibition (4 spots available) *Includes admission pass for on-site participation
Participation fee: 30,000 yen (tax included)
Sales commission: 20% (*Includes various expenses)
Consignment Exhibition (6-8 spots available) *Participation only requires sending consigned items
Participation fee: 15,000 yen (tax included)
Sales commission: 40% (*Includes various expenses)
*Includes cashless payment fees, fixture usage fees, advertising costs, on-site staff labor costs (2-4 people), and deficit guarantee.
🛡 Deficit Guarantee System
If the total sales for the two days are less than the participation fee, the difference will be refunded + commission waived (effectively zero burden).
Even first-time event participants can take on the challenge without risk.
Conditions for application
Submit inventory and price lists by the deadline.
Comply with display and safety guidelines.
SNS promotion with specified tags (On-site: once the day before/on the day; Consignment: once or more during the period).
On-site participants must strictly adhere to specified attendance times.

📐 Guidelines (Display Regulations)
Work Regulations
・Only original works related to marmots (no copyright infringement)
・Food, drinks, and dangerous goods are not permitted
・Tax-inclusive prices must be clearly stated (minimum price of 500 yen recommended)
Display Regulations
・Fixtures will be provided by the organizer (cloth and small items can be brought in)
・Direct貼り to tables or walls is not permitted (masking tape only)
・Fire, strong odors, and loud performances are prohibited
On-site Regulations
・Must be present at designated times
・Strict adherence to搬入搬出 times
・Prohibition of nuisance behavior towards other artists or visitors
